Late of Toowoomba, passed away peacefully on 7th November 2020, aged 85 years.

Dearly loved Husband of Pam. Much loved Father and Father-in-law of Bevan and Karen, Glenn and Michelle, Ross and Laura. Loving Poppy of Alina, Wade, Breanna, Jack and Max.

 A service for Frank will be held in Toowoomba on Monday, 16th November 2020, commencing at 10:30am.
