Requiem Mass to celebrate the life of Mr john Fordha, will be offered in St Francis of Assisi Church, 457-459 Oxford Street, paddington on  Friday, November 15, 2019 at 12.00pm.

In lieu of floral tributes, donations to the Head and Neck Foundation would be warmly appreciated. Donations can be made through headandneckfoundation.com.au
