FORD, SUSAN CLARICE (SUE)Late of Tolga. Sue passed away suddenly but peacefully on the 5th April, 2016. Dearly beloved by all her family. Wife of Glyn and mother of Andrew and Simon. Daughter of Phillip and Clarice (dec) and sister of Lane and Phil (dec). Grandmother of Taylah, Jack and Sebastian.A private cremation has been held for Sue.Family and friends of Sue are respectfully invited to attend her Memorial Service which is to be held at Mountain View Chapel, Tablelands Crematorium, 3 Nasser Rd, Atherton, SATURDAY 30th April, 2016 commencing at 10:00am.In lieu of flowers, donations to The Salvation Army would be appreciated
