The Relatives and Friends of the late Dawn Elaine Feltus are advised that her Funeral Service will be held at the St Augustine's Anglican Church, Streaky Bay on Friday, May 17th at 12.30pm. Following the service, the cortege will proceed to the Streaky Bay Cemetery.

Flowers most welcome or a donation can be made to the Fred Hollows Foundation, envelopes will be available at the Church.
