Susan Fancourt Tjelland, passed suddenly on the 27th of April 2025. Survived by her Children Cindy, Kerry & Daimon, her Grandchildren Cassandra, Cameron & Sonny, and her Husband Peter. A beloved Mother, Grandmother & Wife. She will be dearly missed, and forever in our hearts. Rest in Peace. We love you so much Mum.

Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday 7th of May at 10.30am, White Lady Funerals, Burgundy St Heidelberg.
