Passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on the 3rd March, 2019.

Aged 86 years.

Much loved wife of Tom (dec). Loving mother, mother in law, granny and great granny of Gary, Sally, Steph, Meg and their families.

Relatives and friends of Jan are respectfully invited to attend her funeral services which is to be held at Mountain View Chapel, Guilfoyle’s Tablelands Crematorium, 3 Nasser Rd, Atherton on Monday, 11th March, 2019 commencing at 11.00am.
