Late of PresCare Home. Doug passed away on Thursday 14th November, 2019 at PresCare Home surrounded by his loving Girls Jill, Shantel, and Julie. Beloved Family member of the Williams Family, Gary and Raylene and Family, Johnnie and Ellen and Family and Jill and Gary (deceased), and Grandfather to Shantel Richards.
