December 3 at 10.30 a.m.

Please enter the Chapel carpark via Gould Street.

At conclusion of Liturgy the Cortege will proceed to West Terrace Cemetery

for Committal.

Vigil (Holy Rosary) and Visitation will be held in the above Chapel, THURSDAY, December 2 between

6.00 p.m. - 7.00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers a memorial donation to the Hospital Research Foundation (Leukemia) would be appreciated by the family. Envelopes will be available at the Chapel.
