on FRIDAY, September 22 at 1.30 p.m.

At conclusion of Liturgy the Cortege

will proceed to Cheltenham Cemetery

for Committal.

Visitation will be held in

the above Chapel prior

to Liturgy at 12.45 p.m.

In lieu of flowers a memorial donation

to the Hospital Research Foundation (Cancer)

would be appreciated by the family
