to be held in the Carr Memorial

Chapel, 1 Morphett Street,

Mount Barker, on Wednesday,

April 12th, 2023, at 10-00am,

followed by a committal service

at the Mount Barker Cemetery.


If desired, in lieu of floral tributes,

a donation to the Luke DeCaux

Encouragement Award Fund,

would be greatly appreciated.

Envelopes will be available

at the funeral service.
