Late of Mareeba. Passed away peacefully on Tuesday 14th September, 2021, aged 82 years. Loved Husband of Shirley. Cherished Father and Father-In-Law of Karen & Ron (Jake) Blakeney, Des & Antoinette Debel, Garry & Debbie Debel & Joanne & Peter Ius. Adored Grandfather of Jasmin, Luke, Jordan, Shari, Ellie, Leticia, Nate, Jason, Rachelle, Nahkia & Tyler. Special Great Grandfather of Freya, Arianna, Savannah, Harvey & Lincoln. All of John's extended family and friends are warmly invited to attend a celebration of John's life at a graveside service to be held on Tuesday 21st September commencing at 10:00am at the Mareeba New Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, a donation to Diabetes Queensland would be appreciated. A donation box will be available at the service.
