DAYAG, Mariano Aquino (Tatang) Of Redlynch Cairns, passed away peacefully at home in the presence of loved ones on the 22 July, 2017, aged 87 years. Loving husband to Anna, Loving father to Mariano Rimando, Alfeo, Elsie, Melchor, Victoria, Melissa and Mariano Silva. Lolo to 15 grandchildren, uncle to many much loved nieces and nephews and respected member of the Philippines and Papua New Guinea associations and communities of Cairns. Relatives and friends are respectively invited to attend a viewing at Burkin Svendsens Chapel, 411 Mulgrave Road from 3:00pm to 4.00 pm on Friday, 28th July. Tatang's funeral will be held at St Francis Xavier Church Cnr Atkinson and Mayers St, Manunda with the service commencing at 11.00 a.m., Saturday, 29th July, followed by burial at the Martyn Street Cemetery.
