Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend Pat’s Funeral Service to be held at 1.00pm Friday 11th October 2019 in the Federation Chapel, Centenary Memorial Gardens, cnr. Wolston and Wacol Station Roads, Sumner.

No flowers by request. If preferred, donations to Beyond Blue would be greatly appreciated.
