Friends, family and colleagues of Dr Peter Scott Cooper are invited to remember and celebrate his life at a funeral service to be held at Concordia College Chapel, 24 Winchester St, Highgate at 2pm on Sunday 14th April, followed by refreshments at Mount Osmond Golf Club, 60 Mount Osmond Rd.

A private burial ceremony will be held at a different time.

In lieu of flowers we ask that you consider making a donation to one of the following: Fred Hollows Foundation,
RAH Research Fund (HSCGB Acc 04-38 Medical Oncology Fund) or
Mary Potter Hospice through marypotter.org.au. Elliott Funeral Services.
