Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral service of the late Dr Michael Cook,

which will be held at Street Stephen’s Anglican Church, Dodgin St, Wynyard at 2.00 pm on WEDNESDAY,

May 29, 2019 after which a private cremation will take place at the North West Regional Crematorium.

Donations in Michael’s memory may be made at the service to the Leukaemia Foundation.
