Relatives and friends of William Allister (Bill) Collins are invited to attend a celebration of his life, to be held at the The Salvation Army South Barwon Citadel, 176-180 Francis St, Belmont on MONDAY (November 20) at 1:00pm, preceded by a private cremation.
