The FAMILY and FRIENDS of the late Mrs Collins are invited to attend her Funeral Service to be held in the Simplicity Funerals Chapel 747 South Road Black Forest on WEDNESDAY May 29, 2019 at 10am. Following the service and refreshments the cortege will proceed to Centennial Park Cemetery (Section - Lawn 3) for the committal at 11:30.
