COLLIER, Sally Melinda Passed away peacefully 3rd July 2014. Aged 64 years. A memorial service for Sally will be held at Cypress Gardens Nursing Home, Gooding Drive, Clear Island Waters on Wednesday, 30th July, 2014 at 11am. Special thanks to all the staff past and present at Cypress Gardens for their exceptional care and love to Sally over the last 37 years.
