Relatives and friends of the late Mr. Dean Geoffrey Clarke of Whyalla are respectfully informed that his funeral service will be conducted entirely at Our Lady Help of Christians Church, Toal Street, Whyalla on Friday October 30, 2020 commencing at 2.00 p.m.

In memory of Dean a donation to The Royal Flying Doctor Service would be appreciated. Envelopes will be available at the service.

Due to Covid 19 restrictions a maximum of 150 attendees applies.
