A Service for Mr Keith Clark will be held at St Andrews Anglican Church, Ellendale on Monday (April 29, 2019) at 2.30pm, after which interment will take place in the Church cemetery.

Family and friends are warmly invited to attend. Flowers welcome, or donations to Mental Health would be appreciated and will be gratefully received at the Service.
