Late of Hawkins Creek, Ingham. 

Hazel passed away peacefully on Sunday 21st March, 2021 at the Mater Hospital, Pimlico surrounded by loving Family. 

Strong, Capable and Loving Wife, Mother, Mother-in-Law and Nona of Visio and Family.

All Relatives and Friends are respectfully invited to attend HAZEL’S FUNERAL SERVICE which will commence at 10.00 a.m. MONDAY MORNING 29th MARCH, 2021 at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, 18 Abbott Street, Ingham. The cortege will proceed to the New Ingham Lawn Cemetery.
