The Family and Friends of Mr David Brockhurst are advised that his funeral will be held in its Entirety in the Mawson Chapel, Centanial Park, 760 Goodwood Road, Pasagenea on WEDNESDAY May 1st 2019  commencing at 1:30pm.

In leiu of floral tributes in memory of David, donations to Flinders Innovation Cancer Research Centre would be appreciated. Envelopes would be available at the Chapel.
