BLYTH. _ The Funeral Service to Honour the Life of Jack Blyth will be held in the Boyd Chapel, Springvale Botanical Cemetery, 600 Princes Hwy, Springvale on TUESDAY (Jan. 30, 2018) commencing at 11.00 a.m. Private Cremation No flowers by family request. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jack's name to MND Victoria. Envelopes available at the Service.
