Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Jan's Cremation Service to commence at 2.00pm on Wednesday 4th November, 2020 at the Ian Phillips Crematorium Chapel, Malin Road, Sarina.

Due to COVID 19 restrictions those wishing to attend Jan's funeral are asked to register their attendance with Serene Funerals.
