Devoted wife of Albert (dec). Beloved mother to Norman & Rhonda, Doug & Judy, Barry, Colin, Lorna & Keven, Kelvyn & Kylie. Grandmother of 19. Great grandmother of 14 & great great grandmother of 2. Passed away peacefully after her battle with cancer on Saturday 23rd March 2019. A celebration of Hazel's life will be held at the Salvation Army 3/127 Greenoaks Dr. Coolum on Friday 5th April 11am.
