To all who knew and loved Annette, her family warmly invite you to attend a Celebration of her Life to be held at Braeside Chapel, 251 Gooding Drive, Merrimac on Saturday 8th June 2019 commencing at 11:00am. In lieu of flowers, Annette's family would appreciate donations be made to Hopewell Hospice.
Envelopes will be provided at the service.
