BALCHIN, Raymond Edward (Ted). Late of RSL Villas, Rowes Bay, formerly of 151 Mill Drive Kirwan. Passed away peacefully on Thursday 27th July, 2017 at home surrounded by his Loving Family. Cherished Husband of Fay. Loving Father and Father-in-law and Adored Poppy of Steven, Jane, Tara and Hannah and Jane, Darren, Colby and Hunter. Fondly known to many as Teddles and Mr. B. TED will be sadly missed by his Family and his many Friends.
