Late of Richardson Road. Passed away peacefully surrounded by her Loving family on Wednesday 13th February 2019. Aged 81 years.

Beloved Wife of Clive (dec). Loving Mother & Mother in law of Wayne and Leisa, Darren and Alison. Adored Nanny of Jacob and Taylah, Ethan, Shannon, Lauren. Much Loved Member of the Healy, Stablum and Bainbridge families.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the Funeral Service for Hazel to be held in the East Chapel of the Rockhampton Crematorium this Tuesday 19th February 2019 commencing at 10 am.
