BAILEY. _ The Funeral of Mr Peter Francis Bailey will be held at the Blair Chapel, Springvale Botanical Cemetery, 600 Princes Hwy, Springvale on MONDAY (Feb. 20, 2017) with a Service commencing at 11.45 a.m. No flowers by request. In lieu, donations may be made to the Stroke Foundation. Envelopes will be available at the Chapel.
