AGED 91 YEARS

Late of Collinsville and formerly of Currajong. Jack passed away peacefully on the 29th January, 2019.

Relatives and Friends are respectfully invited to attend JACK’S FUNERAL SERVICE which will commence at 3.00p.m. FRIDAY AFTERNOON 8th FEBRUARY, 2019 at the Lakes Chapel, Morleys Funeral Home, Cnr. Hugh Street and Martinez Avenue, Townsville.

NO CORTEGE

In lieu of flowers donations to Blue Care or Royal Flying Doctors
