A service of thanksgiving for the life, love and friendship of Neil will be offered at St Felix Catholic Church, 550 Chapel Road, Bankstown.

At the conclusion of the service the cortege will proceed to the Kemps Creek Catholic Cemetery, Western Road, Kemps Creek.
