Passed away peacefully in the loving presence of her family.

Dearly loved mum of Nick, Tim and Blessie, Johnny (dec), Steve and Julie and Suellen. Adored grandmother and great grandmother. Loved sister to Mary (dec), John (dec) and Lenore.

Will be dearly missed by the many that she touched.

Family and Friends are invited to attend a service for "Polly" at the Southport Church of Christ, Cnr Olsen Ave and Griffith Way, 12.30pm Tuesday 29 October, 2019.
