Late of Bribie Island, formerly of Meringandan and Taree, passed away on 31st July 2021, aged 64 years.

Dearly loved Father of Ben, David and Clare. Much Loved Brother to Robert and Stephen. A good friend to many.

Family and friends are warmly invited to attend Phil's celebration of life, to be held at the T.S. Burstow Chapel, 1020 Ruthven Street (south), Toowoomba, Thursday, 26th August 2021, service commencing at 12:00pm.
