Loving Grandma of Molly, Teegan, Logan, Ethan & Ben.Relatives and Friends of Hazel are respectfully invited to attend her funeral service which is to be held at Mountain View Chapel, Guilfoyle's Tablelands Crematorium, 3 Nasser Rd Atherton on Wednesday, 3 August, 2016 at 1:30 pm.Donations to Blue Care in lieu of flowers would be appreciated
