A funeral service to honour the life of Adam Johan Pasek will be held on Friday 9th April 2021 at 2pm at Port Melbourne Yacht Club, 38 Beach St, Port Melbourne. 

We encourage you to arrive from 1.30pm to allow time for parking and to take a moment to write a message for Adam before the ceremony begins. 

Formal wear is not required.
