Passed away at Pacific Lodge Aged Care, Collaroy, after a seven year battle with cancer.

Privately Cremated

A Memorial Service will be held to celebrate Dennis’ life at the Salvation Army Church, 1 Fisher Road, Dee Why (opposite Master Builders Club) on Friday, 5th July, at 11.00a.m.

Special thanks to Pacific Lodge management and staff, and also Professor Nick Pavlakis and staff at Northern Cancer Institute; and Doctor Ron Spencer and staff at Allambie Medical Centre.
