WUBBEN. _ Wilhelmus. 4.2.1924 - 17.9.2015 Father of Rodney, father-in-law of Ann-Maree and grandfather of Jacinta and Emily. Thank you for providing and caring for your family throughout the years. Your strength and support will be greatly missed. We would like to thank the following caring people with whom we have shared Dad's journey- Nathan and his wife Nicole, for being a part of Dad's and Mum's lives over the past five years. You are both kind, caring and direct people which Dad really appreciated. Thank you to the Staff of Brunswick Private Hospital, especially to Anne. Your empathy, compassion and your support was very much appreciated. A huge thank you to Shankar, who was involved in Dad's life for over twenty years. You knew Dad so well. We thank all the doctors who shared in William's life with us. A big part of William's life was Glad Feet Podiatry Clinic. We thank Mary, Simon, Natalie, Lucy and Teresa. Special thanks to Sandra. Your care of William in hospital in his last days overwhelmed us and we will be forever grateful. We thank the staff of Core Pharmacy, Tullamarine for looking after Dad's medical needs. Thank you to the wonderful staff of Hume City Council, to Sheree and Melissa for organising the team of wonderful ladies who came into William's home to help him with his care and became his friends. We thank the RDNS team especially Danielle for looking after Dad so well. Thank you to Chris and Sandy of Tullamarine Physiotherapy for all you did for Dad. Dad enjoyed his weekly trips to La Manna at Essendon Fields. We thank the staff for their interest in William and the fuss you made of him, especially on his 90th birthday. We thank Nick and the team of butchers for looking after Dad's dogs. We thank the staff of Niddrie Veterinary Clinic, particularly Edwin for looking after his beloved Lia and Chinda. We thank Callee and Rebecca of Callee's Hair Factory for looking after his beloved Chinda. Dad lived a full life, the way he wanted it to be and now he is back with Mum enjoying a coffee and speculaas biscuit.
