Ken died peacefully on Saturday aged 96 Melbourne. A sad loss to his family. He was a devoted husband to Lin (deceased), proud father to Lesley and Jill, and grandfather to Daniel, Morgan, Warwick and Allen, step grand- father to Tamara and Melanie.

A long life of active contribution especially to accounting theory.
