Members of the Sandy Bay Senior Citizens Club were deeply saddened to learn of Irene's passing.
Much admired and respected, Irene was a long-time member and dedicated supporter of the Club and of ballroom dancing.
Irene will be fondly remembered for her sense of fun, her love of dancing and for her talent and generosity over many years of sandwich making.
