Loving wife of Kevin (Dec), Dear Sister to Harry Lee, devoted mother to Kevin John, Michael Gary, Anthony Francis, Kerry-Marie, Annette, Deborah, Patrick Richard and Gerard Dominic.
Beautiful Nan to Tammy, Stephen, Kellie, Ryan, Roxanne, Briarly, James, Mandy, Emma-Marie, Jessica, Amy, Darcy, Aidan, Ruby, Bregon, Rory, Eliza, Alister, Kirk, Emily, Olivia, Lucy and Lachie.
Great Nan (Nanna Pat, Patty) to Taylah, Jonathon, Hannah, Isabella, Maya, Jett, Naytt, Islah-Lee, Spencer, Charlotte, William, Lucinda, Clementine, Isabella (NZ), Charlie and Hudson.
A loving friend to Damian, Kate, Annabel, Liz, Linda and Pauline.
Patricia was a friend to all. A founding and Life Member of Broadmeadows Basketball Association, Life Member of St Dominics Junior FC, a Co-Founder of St Dominics YCW Junior Basketball Association, Founder of St Dominics Mothers Club, volunteer at 1st and 2nd Broadmeadows Cubs and Scouts, 22 years as a Volunteer at Broadmeadows Hospital and a 20 year association with the Cancer Council Daffodil Day as well as many more clubs and associations.
She was a singer, dancer, a boot scooter and entertainer.
The Family would like to thank the Staff at the Broadmeadows and Northern Hospital for their care and Kindness to Patricia.
There will be a Private Memorial Service to Commemorate her life.
