It is with extreme sadness that we advise of the far too early passing of a very loved and loving son, brother, doting dad, partner, stepfather, stepson, brother-in-law and grandson.

Thomas, you are and will alway be desperately missed by all of us.

Forever in our hearts and memories - Regina, Sarah, Grace, Evelyn, Megan, Louise, Ian and Nick.
