Passed away peacefully at the Whittle ward. Much loved husband of Cheryl. Proud and loving father of Jason, Sean and Brent. Father-in-law to Kylie, Emma and Maria. Amazing pop of Leo, Gus and Jack.

Wonderful memories, forever in our hearts.

Many thanks to staff at the Whittle ward for their care and support.
