The Board of Directors, management, life members, staff and players of Hawthorn Football Club are saddened by the sudden passing of David Wanless.
David worked tirelessly for the club and its Past Players and Officials Association and we will be forever grateful for his service.
David loved Hawthorn, the people he worked with, and the friends he had made along the journey.
A loyal and devoted member, David’s support of the club will be deeply missed by the Hawthorn family.
The club would like to extend its deepest condolences to Chris, Denise, Eleanor, Harry and Jack.
