WALSH, John Patrick - Ex RAAF (Affectionately known to all as "JACK") 15.12.1925 - 09.08.2010 Devoted husband of 60 years to Cecily Mary Walsh (nee Wilkinson). Adored by his wife, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. A wonderful father, who took great pride in his entire family. Jack the ultimate father, grandfather and great grandfather so Loving, Caring, Generous, Compassionate, Amusing and Friendly. Father of Jacqueline, Carmel, David, Anthony, Brian, Ellen and Colin. Grandfather of Nathan, Bianca, Lisa, Julia, Paul, Hanna, Ian, William (Billy), Simon, Robert and Chanel and great grandfather of Mila, Luka, Michael Jack, Alysha, Jamima, Eliza, Sara, Madeline and Phoebe. Loved and respected father-in-law, brother-in-law and friend to all who were fortunate to know him. From the eastern suburbs of Sydney, retired to Urunga on the North Coast and for the past 12 months resided at Sir Joseph Banks Aged Care Facility, Botany. Our entire family take this opportunity to express our enormous gratitude to Emelia, the Matron and all the staff at SJBACF at Botany, Dr John Wenman in Coffs Harbour, the staff at Coffs Harbour Hospital (Rehabilitation) and Dr Cedric Meyerowitz of Banksmeadow Medical Centre for their beyond duty, kindness, care and compassion of Jack. A spiritual service will be held at the Jack and Cecily Centenary Park Family Garden, No. 192, Botany Memorial Park (Botany Cemetery), 11am Saturday, 21 August, 2010. (If attending please meet in the car park on the left side near the entrance to the crematorium at 10.45am-11am). Jack is at peace but desperately missed.
