Doris Falidis-Nickolas’ poetry beautifully captures love, loss, and remembrance, offering comfort to those navigating grief.
6.08.1939 - 19.03.2019
Much loved father of Eloise and Cressida.
Loving partner of Grace.
When I am dead, my dearest,
Sing no sad songs for me;
Plant though no roses
at my head,
Nor shady cypress tree:
Be the green grass above me
With showers and dew drops wet;
And if though wilt, remember,
And if though wilt, forget.
In lieu of flowers, a donation in memory of Peter may be forwarded to the Mary Potter Hospice Foundation.
