VOWLES Sr Cathryn OP

VOWLES Sr Cathryn OP (Joanna) Cathryn died peacefully on Friday, May 17, 2019 at Laurel Hospice, Flinders Medical Centre. A much-loved member of our Holy Cross Congregation, Cathryn s courage and faith in times of suffering have been an inspiration to many. We will remember her for her love of life and her great capacity for friendship. Her fidelity to her Dominican vocation was expressed particularly in her work as an educator in our schools and also as a pastoral associate in parishes in the Archdiocese of Adelaide. We express our deep gratitude to Drs Joanna Kilmartin and Peng Lee, and to Kathy Harris and Jill Shearing, for their wonderful care of Cathryn over a number of years. We also wish to thank the staff of 5G (FMC) and Laurel Hospice for supporting Cathryn so sensitively in the last weeks of her life. For everything there is a season
