VENTIERI. - Carmela. Passed away on June 17, 2004, aged 91 years. Dearly beloved wife of Carmine (dec.) and loving and devoted mother and mother-in-law of Pasquale and Giovanna, Maria and Lino, Giuseppe and Phyllis, Felicia and Mario, Tony and Julie, Aldo and Maria, and mother-in-law of Elena. May you rest in everlasting peace with Dad. To our dearest Nonna, words cannot express how much you mean to us. Your parting has left a void in our hearts. You were a very special lady and touched so many lives with your kindness and selfless nature. You were forever putting others before yourself and loved everybody unconditionally. These beautiful qualities of yours have beeninstilled in us and we hope to pass them on for generations to come. Our love for you is eternal and we will forever remember your smiling face and the endless stories you shared with us. We will forever cherish these beautiful memories. You are at peace now and finally reunited with Nonno. We will miss you Nonna, but you will always be in our hearts. With all our love from your 21 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren. Our Nonnina, although we would have loved for you to still be here with us, we know that it was your time to say goodbye. We are so privileged to have lived with you. You were a second Mum to us (filling us with good food, giving us advice, and waiting up until we returned home safely). You always put others first and gave all that you had to offer. Each person you met became a lifelong friend. Nonna, you were the heart and strength of us all and have left a legacy of endless memories, stories and an infinite sense of family. Your desire to protect and see us happy in every way was undertaken to the end. Our days begin and finish with you...forever. Ti vogliamo bene. - Carmel, Daniella and Lisa.
