VATER, Ivan Ray

Age 95 years, 1929–April 2025
Served RAAF from 1945–1959, Awarded BRITISH EMPIRE MEDAL for his outstanding commitment to RAAF. His next amazing commitment was setting up Ready Mix in Hong Kong and negotiating with the Chinese Government to construct the second only river crossing from Hong Kong to the mainland. During these incredible achievements, Ivan continued to nurture, coach, and mentor his closer family members, especially the period he boarded Lance for his 3 year term at Nailsworth Tech.
Rest in Peace big brother, you will be dearly missed as every day passes by, until we meet again. Lance, Kurtis, Lissi & family.
