16/5/1934 – 8/1/2021 Daughter of Grosvenor and Sylvia Hands (both deceased). Beloved wife of Harry (deceased). Adoring mother and mother-in-law of Peter, Lynda and Anthony. Much loved grandmother of Dimity, Charlie and Madeleine. Devoted niece of Hilda Gallpen (deceased). Sincere thanks and gratitude to Dr Cathy Mayhead, and to all the wonderful team at St Ann’s, for their compassionate care of Valerie over the last 2 years. A life devoted to her family, her beloved dogs, and to helping others.
