USHER, Patricia Monica (Pat) Passed away 31st December, 2011 holding the hands of her granddaughters. Beloved wife of Ray (dec). Devoted mother of Lynn and Wayne (both dec). Wonderful Nan to Debbie and Cos, Belinda and Jeff, Nanny Pat to Jessica, Jayden, Haylee and Aaron. Dearly loved sister of Vera (dec), Elsie, Frieda and Margaret. Forever in our hearts PAT'S family and friends are warmly invited to attend her Funeral Service to be held in the Sacred Heart Chapel, Barnet Avenue, Rookwood on Friday, 6th January 2012 commencing at 2:00pm.
